They sound great of course and are comfortable. Unfortunately after just a few weeks the Bluetooth stopped working. The case could be smaller also, a little bulky.

best sound for really small and comfortable earbuds. I used them a lot for my work out and for working at home too. Noise cancelling is amazing too

Almost perfect, but truly amazing

I purchased these ear buds about a month ago. The sound is superior to any other ear buds on the market. The only little drawback is the ability to automatically switch between devices, I think there is a fancy name for that but I don’t know what it is. Many times I am using my phone and tablet at the same time, and I know it is possible because another brand does this, when switching from one device to the other, I have to manually change the connection from device to device. Battery life is as described, but could also be improved upon. Don’t get me wrong I ❤️the product.

Not loud enough.

At this price it should have wirless charging capabilities.
Noise canceling is great but I thought they would be so loud I would have to turn them down but that's nor the case. I can't get them loud enough.

Bought this not long ago, so far so good. They actually stay in my ears (not like the QuietConfort 2). The only thing I would say is that the touch is a lil too sensitive when I sleep with them on (due to the ringing in my ear, I need soft noises to fall asleep). My pillow keeps pausing it or changing to between aware, quiet and emergency. Aside from that, Great Earbuds.. The only thing I would add would be wireless charging and the find my headphones feature (guess you can’t have everything)...
