Ups and downs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up: ultra Earbud are great especially for noise canceling and the sound is amazing with music., Better than the numeous other earuds I own. I have a chronic pain conduction and tinnitus. I used earbuds 24 hrs a day even. At night for distactions from pain and noise can be irritating.
I also use one earbud in with an audio soothing sound so I don't hear the high pitched tinnitus sound. I've been doing thus since 2002 with wired earphones. All that to say I am picky about earbuds.
Downs: The bose apps needs work, I put up with it for the sound but Bluetooth connections and trying to connect 2 sets of earbuds took a week of contacting support. Its overly time consuming, repeated same instructions continuously, and it's still glichy. I have an android samsung s23 ultra, maybe apps work better for iphone?

Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair.

Poor sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received these a few days from Bose and the case is nice The earbuds is lightweight but one problem that I have is when you're on a call you can barely hear the person who's talking need a higher volume but when you're listening to music you can hear it normal like you should this is my last pair of bose The old ones I had was perfect no problems

Great sound and features

It would be unbeatable if we could add a mute function and a noise cancelling microphone to avoid picking up the noise around you.
