These earbuds produce a rich, immersive listening experience with deep bass, crisp highs, and well-balanced mids. Whether you’re listening to music, watching movies, or taking calls, the sound clarity is top-notch.
The adaptive noise cancellation effectively blocks out ambient noise in various environments. The Aware Mode also works seamlessly, letting in just the right amount of outside sound when needed and I can talk with others without removing the earbuds.
However, the case design is frustrating. The earbuds are difficult to remove due to a snug fit, making it a struggle to get them out quickly. Additionally, the charging case does not support wireless charging, which is a noticeable drawback.
Some reviews mention that microphone quality isn’t great, particularly in noisy environments, but in my experience, I haven’t had issues with call clarity. No one has reported difficulty hearing me, so this might depend on specific conditions or expectations.
If Bose improves the case design in future iterations, these earbuds would be more perfect.

Really good product that could be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these around a year ago after listening to a friend's earbuds. They sound great to me. The noise cancelation is the best I've experienced and the spatial audio is top notch. My first pair crapped out two months ago and they were replaced under warranty with no major issues. My only real complaints are for how much these cost there should be some way to track an earbud when they go missing. My twenty dollar earbuds had that feature so it can't be that expensive to add that to an otherwise great product. Also, it would be nice to talk to a person instead of a chat bot when there is an issue. M-F during normal business hours would be fine, doesn't have to be 24/7. Let the chat bot assist during non business hours. I love my earbuds but if these crap out after the warranty period it will be hard not to try another brand that does have a tracking feature

Amazing for travel!!
