[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose has been great anytime I needed to send back a product for a new one or when I bought a refurbished item. My last purchase was a new Ultra Quiet buds. One of the settings want working. The tap 3 times to be back to previous track. No matter how many time I tried, it simply wasn’t working. Returned for new ones. We will see if this default setting works with new buds.
