Bought 5 months ago. Had bluetooth issues. I like the fit of the earbuds, not in love with the echo sounds I keep getting with the sound. Constantly cutting out of connection with bluetooth. My case and pods were 100% charged but as soon as I would move my body I would lose connection, I would have to put back in case and reconnect. Finally spoke to Bose for a replacement.
Not great at all. Fit is pretty good, the controls are the WORST EVER. You adjust it in your ear and it stops playing, touch it again to play, takes WAY too long to start again. Loses connection while playing often.
SO many issues with how the controls work. I should be able to have choices in what each command does and be able to change it. I wish I did not wast my money on these.
I love my Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds and it is unbelievable the quality of the sound! Bose may not be cheap but you get an excellent product and they stand behind their product 100% I would not own anything else!
I bought these about a month and a half ago and predominantly I love these earbuds. However, the fact that wireless charging and multipoint Bluetooth isn't standard on the product and you have to buy a case for wireless charging is just sad in 2023 when these were released, especially at this price point. In 2024 with no multipoint update, I find that insane. The sound is great. The noise cancellation is great. But the features for a product calling itself "Ultra" suggest otherwise and if Bose updates these with multipoint, which has been suggested to them since the previous generation, I'll be absolutely stoked.
I was genuinely unimpressed with these ear buds. They were the latest release: Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra. While the sound was decent, the ANC was challenging to adjust and the transparency mode didn't work well at all. The fit was mediocre as well, even after changing out the wing-tips and the in-ear tips (one at a time, of course). To top it all off, if you use wireless charging, you'll need to shell out another $50. Honestly, at the price of the buds, that was completely unacceptable. They've been returned.
