After 2 Months the right earbud started having a crackle or static. I contacted Bose and they promptly sent out a fresh
Pair. I’ve hade easily 10 previous pairs of AirPods/EarBuds over the years and though not the least expensive product on the market these are by far the BEST!!! The service after the sale is impeccable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds for nearly a year. They are incredible to run/bike with! Quality is well, Bose quality. Yet my first pair had a glitch. I communicated with Bose and they simply replaced them with new! Many companies have decent products buuuut, the benchmark of a top company is standing behind their products and supporting customers. I have several Bose products and highly recommend Bose. So, this is a contest? No problem. I don't need to win. I do need to say Bose is a super company. Best regards.

Almost perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost perfect. So close. Outside of the issues that follow in the next few sentences, these are MUCH more comfortable than AirPods, including the AirPod pro. I'd recommend only if you value comfort and performance.
The following are nits I've experience: from time to time, there will be odd feedback from one of the two earbuds. Tends to happen after exposure to loud external noises and returns to normal after a short period. Also - it will "unsync" with my phone - at random. Re-syncing tends to be a bit of a pain.

They replaced a pair of Apple Pro earbuds and I’m not disappointed t all. They’re easy to put in, very comfortable, and sound is great. The noise canceling I love.
