I’m somewhat of an audio file so I know my headphones and my earphones and I tell you Bose ultra comfort will not let you down. Wait until you mess around with their immersion and the other knick knacks that can be done to make it even more amazing. You know and for those who are hesitant about the price, you pay for what you get.

Very disappointing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these 6 months ago. After 3 months the left earbud stopped working off and on. Now the volume isfaint and I have to keep it turned up all the way. Also they keep disconnecting from my device and are hard to connect. I have had 3 one hour chats for help with no resolution. Not worth the money

Just Amazing Earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite using them religiously for the gym, lunch breaks, my stroll to work and home, my much-needed quiet at home.. these earbuds did face the truth and broke on me after surpassing 2 year marks (owner of 4 earbuds). Why do I go back? This is where it gets amazing.. whether or not if I have to pay for replacements or buy brand new ones, the product for base, crispness, clarity, the brand, it is incomparable to others. It is also easy to function and work around the buttons, the app, everything! I stand by being a Bose-earbuds fanatic after doing a 3-week period of soul searching for the right earbuds.. Bose is by far THE best earbuds in the world and I hope they continue to thrive, I look forward to the next ones.. and maybe be more than just an earbud fan, but to their speakers, headphones, entertainment systems, etc.
