[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them about a month ago and love them so much. They are of nice quality, as expected from Bose. Sometimes, they are sometimes finicky and do not connect to the phone on the first try, but that's okay. I first tried immersive sound on these, and it is amazing.

And the dynamic range of the sound quality is unmatchable. There is no headphone earbud worth investing in other than these and future series

Excellent Sound, Minor Frustrations

The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds largely live up to this reputation, delivering exceptional audio clarity and industry-leading noise cancellation that effectively silences the world around me. The personalized sound profiles are a welcome addition, allowing for a truly customized listening experience.
However, the earbuds aren't without their drawbacks. I've noticed the design of the charging case makes it slightly difficult to remove the earbuds, a minor inconvenience that can become frustrating. Additionally, I've experienced occasional connectivity issues, requiring me to sometimes re-pair the earbuds with my device. While these connection drops haven't been frequent, they are noticeable enough to mention.
Despite these concerns, the exceptional sound quality and noise cancellation of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds ultimately outweigh the minor frustrations. If Bose can address the case design and improve connectivity reliability, these earbuds would be nearly perfect. For now, they remain my top choice for premium audio, albeit with a few caveats.

Loved them so much I replaced my lost ones

After about a week of using them they fell out of my pocket in a rideshare.
For me that’s an expensive loss. I tried and tried and tried to get them back but unfortunately wasn’t able to.
However, I enjoyed them so much that I purchased a second pair. I love the features, ease of use and the adjustable noise cancelling options.
The noise cancelling is excellent and I find these to be very comfortable, well made ear buds.
