[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the QC II but the connection issues made them difficult to consistently use. They seem to have fixed this issue with the Ultra and the sound is still amazing.

Spectacular Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know the Bose brand for the ultimate sound experience thru other Bose products I had owned in the last 20 years. But with these earbuds, I cannot imagine how Bose packed all their technology on these small earbuds with such a comfortable size and well developed to not create pain inside your ears, like other known brands. Excellent job Bose team with this earbuds.

I love these earbuds, but I couldn't give it 5 stars because there have been times when the Bluetooth connection kept going out after being restored, and it was when I needed them to get through a workout session. In that same gym, that hasn't happened again, so I don't know what the problem was.

I have been buying Bose products for over thirty years so when I say it's Bose i know it's going to be quality. I have two pairs of quiet comfort over the ears that I have been using for years and will not trade them for anything.
But I needed ear buds for work purposes so I explored every option, read every review, and I chose the ultras because well, they are Bose. I don't usually choose things just for the name on it but when it comes to Bose I make an exception. I saw cheaper models with excellent reviews but in the end I chose to stick with Bose because I have never been disappointed.
These ear buds are no different. My phone is a Google pixel 9 pro ultra in case anyone is wondering. I set it up without any issues right out of the box and let me tell you that I'm in love!!!
Let me also say that I was gifted Google buds pro by a friend but I'll get back to that later as it has a feature that I wish Bose had.
The fit is good and the added wings they give you help quite a bit and have never had them come close to falling out and I am a very active person (20 k plus steps per day).
Immersion mode is my new best friend. I use Spotify to listen and when I am listening to Aerosmith or John Coltrane the sound is astounding. You really have the feeling that they are right in front of you and when you turn your head the music stays in front of your body it's kinda cool how it does that.
My only complaints are I wish it had the feature of turning off when someone is talking. Aware mode would be great for this as I have to tap the earpiece to stop the music. That is my other issue that the controls are very sensitive. If I am adjusting my earbuds it changes modes or when I turn up the volume (swipe up) it sometimes stops the music.
Other than that they are perfect. The battery lasts me two days on immersion with the carrying cases help and like I said what do you expect? It's a Bose 🫶🏻
