Disappointing service with zero resolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this device in the month of November 2024. Visited the service center in the first 2 months post purchase. The device automatically gets disconnected. Every now and then I need to do a factory reset to use the same even the tech team at the service centre could not resolve the issue which till date I.e 6th Feb 2025 still persists

Deceptive noise cancellation!

I bought this a month ago however it is a device that does not cancel have two way noise cancellation . Otherwise the device does what every other headset is meant to do.

The combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your earbuds is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. If you feel you are not getting any noise reduction with your headphones, here are a few steps you can try:
