Great Sound bad connection

Have had these earbuds for a few months. They sound great but are constantly disconnecting. My phone does have a newer Bluetooth technology. Have no issues with two other brands but whenever these things are in my pocket they disconnect.

I was prompted by the app to rate my product, and let me tell you, I have NEVER had this many connectivity problems with any other wireless earbuds.

I got these on Christmas and honestly at first I didn't know how to feel about them, but after a month of using them, tweaking them, using them daily I really like them a lot, noise cancellation on these are insane, the base is great, I like the design it's different from the other earphones I owe. My only 2 "complaints" are the case not supporting wireless charging, and the minimal EQ settings, non of these are deal breakers but it would definitely make these earphones a 5/5 product for me. Thanks Bose for a great product!

Great sound

Everything is great....when im running i need to adjust sometimes so that it will not fall..hope to put wing tip like my beat pro!!
