Awesome, but...!

Love the sound and other cool features, but I have had to reinstall the app three times now to fix it from just loosing connection while watching a video. It almost always starts with the right earbud cutting off, then eventually the left one. If I pause it and unpause it, sometimes it comes back on for a minute, then cuts back out again. Doesn't only happen on one device. I tried all the support page fixes, but it only "fixes" it for so long, then it randomly happens again. Very annoying for a pair of earbuds that cost more than a quarter of a thousand dollars.

Pure comfort and impeccable sound

I purchased these buds as an upgrade from the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds (2020) I had purchased a few years prior. I have to say that I was skeptical about the fit as my prior buds had the flap that fit in the concha of the ear, thus securing the buds in place and giving great sound. With these buds I have to say that I'm impressed and, given the fact that Bose has been my "Go-To" choice for audio, I am glad that I decided with these buds than the recommended buds from my cellphone manufacturer.

These are the best sounding earbuds I have ever owned. The sound spectrum is full, rich, and easily customizable. I love being able to directly control most aspects of my music listening just by using the various touch / tap controls on the earbuds.

So far so good. I have had them for about 3 weeks now and I use earbuds every day almost all day. I love the ability to block out noise so good or choose to be aware of outside noise.
The sound quality is crystal clear and they are nice and loud. I usually use the buds for phone calls but I recently tried them with my music and wow was that the best quality ear bud I ever used. I am a fan and this is the only earbud I want to use always.
