Love the sound!! Can still hear outside noise. But, you can change the settings to not hear the outside noise.

A little annoying

So far they have been a tad bit annoying 🙄 yesterday when trying to listen to music while doing some shopping it kept going through the modes, quiet, aware and whatever other one it kept repeating it over an over. Then last night an just now I took out one ear piece to adjust it an now I can't hear the you tube video I have already exited out of video and turned the Bluetooth off 3x and reconnected the earbuds and still can't hear the video.

Hissing noise, missing synchronisation, quality of

I bought this QC ultra earbuds on July because of the name bose and their exceptional performance, for the couple of months it's working good but from last November I'm very disappointed by this earbuds because of hissing noise that it creates in ideal conditions, feels like some insect is scratch on my ear drum especially on my right ear bud. Die to this synchronisation of music is missing!! I needed a replacement

Great when they work

When these work they sound great and the noise cancelling configuration are helpful, but I have experienced ongoing issues maintaining the Bluetooth connection between these earbuds and my devices. This shows up in different ways, but one common experience is that the earbuds will disconnect from my device randomly while I am using them. This is not caused by low battery and I keep the product up-to-date. I have tried resetting the connection with my device as described in the FAQ many times, but the issue always returns sooner or later.

Kinda tripped me out first time using them, the immersion mode. The sound and bass are amazing and I about cried first time using these. If you've got the extra money they're worth it. Thank you!

Battery life is excellent

Got it as a gift for christmas and I love them. I was using samsung ear buds and loved them but these are better than those
