got this for Christmas. it's absolutely fire. I'm busy right now but I got this on the Bose app and knew I had to give it a good review because the base is absolutely amazing and the noise cancelling is SO good. I literally cannot hear anyone

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds Is a break through for listening to what ever you enjoy listening a perfect fit light weight and awesome sound coming through them little buds I love the opportunity to change my listening settings in the Bose app.

I'm not a big fan to ear buds, but the Bose quietcomfort ultra has a unique, and tons of different options as for the right sounds that is best for you.

Bad earbuds

Left earbud has extreme persistent connectivity issues. $300 for 1 earbud is ridiculous! Do better Bose, stop pushing a product that doesn't work as intended.

Not great for phone calls

Sound for music is amazing, the noise canceling is next level; however, sound quality for phone calls is trash.
I need these for calls and music, calls sound is very important. It sounds like people are under water and the volume needs to increase. The volume will not adjust, sound modes don't help, equalizer adjust does not help. Samsung buds call quality is much better. I should have bought another pair instead of these.

It's fantastic to hear you were impressed by the sound quality and noise cancellation, but I'm disappointed to hear you've not been satisfied with the quality of calls. This shouldn't happen so, to remedy this, I'd encourage you to unpair and establish a new connection. I'd also recommend checking volume levels on your smartphone - as volume levels may be separate, with there being separate options for calls vs music. Finally, it is a good idea to stay within 10m/33ft of your smartphone to ensure an optimum connection. Being too far can result in a degraded audio signal.

This is my first pair of earbuds from Bose. My previous earbuds do not compare to the quality Bose has. The sound and the fine tuning abilities on the app to get the perfect sound you want.
