Charger problem

When they work I love them. They don't always charge because they have to be perfect in the charger to do so.

If your product is plugged in to charge, but the battery level does not increase or your product does not indicate that the battery is charging: Make sure the stability band is aligned correctly, so the earbud fits in the case correctly. Got them for Christmas. I teach fitness virtually and these are perfect. Love the different modes although if anything accidentally touched the left earbud it changes modes

Awful, uncomfortable.

They hurt. Make my ears sore. Super sensitive to touch, when I place my hat on, it changes setting.
And now they won't connect to my phone.

White noise and strange random buzz.

I bought the ultra and they have a low white noise. They also have a slight random buzz sound on the left side. Also I cannot completely disable all hint sounds while another devices connect to earbuds. Overall, sound is the best on market.

It is great that you enjoy the sound of the earbuds. When you're using the earbuds and there is no other sounds, in some instances, you may be able to hear a faint mosquito like digital audio artifact when in a quiet environment, not listening to music, and ANC is on high. This is usually most often observed in the left bud but can occasionally be heard in the right bud. This sound should be faint in volume and is normal. This is part of the electronic noise floor of the earbuds, and can be found it many audio products. Insanely quiet, comfortable and functional. I work in industrial plants daily, these are great for quieting down the noise while being able to hear voices and the things I need to hear.
