Quiet mode works really well. I use this mode the most. You do have to exit this mode with a hold touch to talk to others.

Immersive audio is killer!

I love immersive audio, and loce that it works with all source material. Really puts you in the middle of the music. I don't particularly like the sound signature, I wish it were more neutral rather than peaky and bassy.

I've had 3 different sets of Beats. I wanted something loud but clear.
The volume & sound quality are incredible, BUT...when you pair that with the incredible noise cancelation of these....its over the top!!

I've had JBL, Beats and other "high end" "noise canceling" ear buds but these are the absolute best ear buds I've ever purchased. They are ACTUALLY noise canceling... don't know the technology behind it, but BOSE sure does. The bass and clarity are amazing.
