i bought 2 months ago, and already using for everyday use, overall is oke, but the sound is to soft to me, because i like fast music and rock n roll music, and to making call is really bad, because the sound is to quiet for calling....

Bluetooth connection

I had to return a pair because the Bluetooth kept dropping on off when using my Samsung S22 phone. The Bose are the only earbuds that wouldn't stay connected. I just received the replacement earbuds. As with the previous set, they sound amazing. The real test will be if they stay connected to my phone. I'll come back and update this review once I've had the new pair for a period of time.

They are ok

I decided to upgrade from my quiet comfort earbuds. But after getting these the base is just not there. Style and comfort is excellent. However if you’re looking for mind blowing heart pumping sound . I’d go with quiet comfort earbuds all day! I’m might just get another pair of these before Bose discontinues the product and my old pair breaks.

ANC sucks

Sound quality is great. But ANC seems broken to me. Even in quiet mode if I'm next to a running engine (I'm a mechanic) it actually seems to amplify certain pings and makes them annoying to work with. I don't have this problem with my old beats ear buds.

Excessively noisy environments such as airplanes taking off, concerts, emergency sirens, and construction zones (among others) can overwhelm the microphones used to monitor external frequencies (part of the ANC technology) causing the headphones to crackle or distort.
Be aware, this can also happen in Quiet and Aware mode.
