Got this on blackfriday and so far amazing. Time will tell. My previous ear buds form bose were also great but they stopped supporting them quite quickly in my opinion for the price and well seenif they phase these out as quickly.... Apple type activities lol.

Volume and base isn’t great.

Sound quality is good as to be expected by Bose. A little disappointed that these don’t seem to play as loud or have as deep as base as the older pair of Bose buds I have. I only replaced those due to them not holding a good charge any longer.

Sound great, but connection issues

They sound great, but they suck at connecting to the device I want. Switching between connecting to my tablet and my phone is a huge pita. I often just give up and go get some other headphones so can listen to the device I want. I have audibles on my phone and video services on my tablet. The tablet is also a family device, so being able to quickly and easily switch between devices is an essential feature, and these fail miserably.

Not what I expected from Bose

Music sounds great. BUT...Call volume ( both ways ) and voice prompt volume is too low to hear use unless in a quiet place.

I really like the sound very good, but the headphone cover is very flimsy, often disconnected
