Don’t use for lifting

These aren’t good to workout with. Especially when doing powerlifting!
Doing pull ups with these are even worse. They keep pausing the music.

Great features but won’t stay in my ear.

I bought these less than a month ago and I really want to love them, but unfortunately they are not meeting my needs. They don’t stay in my ears when I’m working out and even when I’ve washed the dishes and it’s so disappointing. The sound is incredible and I love the different features these earrings provide as far as listening quality, however I cannot get the left earbud to stay in my ear. Even when I’m relatively stationary. Just not what I’m looking for. I may even return them. 🙁

disappointment

excellent sound for music/videos
but…terrible for making/receiving phone calls!!!
volume very low and unable to adjust or hear caller and picks up all background sounds adding to the disappointment with telephone calls
i returned the product

pretty good product

I got these on sale around black Friday this year. So far they are extremely good earbuds and are incredibly comfortable. However, I do with there was a clear way to turn off both the Noise cancellation and the ambient sound thing(I don't know exactly what it is called but the feature that plays the sounds happening around you threw the earbuds so you can hear what's going on) as these are not features I personally care for. Other than that they have great sound, the immersive audio is very fun and again the earbuds are incredibly comfortable.

Uncomfortable Fit

These Bose earbuds are NOT comfortable. I have tried all three sizes and after about 20 minutes my ears begin to hurt. Unfortunately, I can’t tolerate them for long haul flights or working out. They are bulky in comparison to other brands but do stay in place with activity.
I purchased for the noise canceling feature when I fly and the sound quality. Both features are excellent and much better than my Apple AirPod pros. They charge very quickly. You will need to download the app to see what charging levels are for the earbuds and to adjust the settings. Connects seamlessly to my iPhone via Bluetooth.

Functionally could be better

Overall the sound quality is great. The case needs to be reengineered. You can't stant it up and when you lay it down it always closes making g it difficult to pair devices. Also it will not work with my work (windows) computer. Which is the reason I bought them.

Unusable for phone calls or zoom meetings

Music quality is fine, not amazing but good. 1 star because the phone call and mic quality is so bad they are unusual for phone calls or zoom meetings. Check reddit, widespread issue that hasn't been resolved. I wish I could return mine.
