Will not stay connected

Will not stay connected. Sometimes they will connect then try to connect again. Very frustrating.

Sound Quality is great With music! Not happy with phone sound quality. People on the other end complain about background noise!

Great Features

I was leary about being just staying in my ear, because of my job. Excellent features, noise canceling Great !!! As an Aircraft Electronic and Modification installer that is Greatly appreciated. The different and customizable modes is highly intuitive and great for adaptive environment changes in my industry

Pros: I love the quiet, aware, and immersive modes. They have great battery life
Cons: thy have some weird bugs. Sometimes I’ll put in the headphones and only one side will work. There was a day where all the sound came out squeaky and muffled. Maybe it is all user error, but if that’s the case they need to be more straight forward in their use.
Also the headphones don’t stay in my ear

Great product, one hiccup

Great product, the best comfort and noise isolation I've tried. The only downside is that that from time to time either bud doesn't detect that it is in the ear and stops the playback. This happens only after placing the buds in the ear.

Horrid situation

Horrible app and device connectivity. Constantly having to reconnect and reset all speakers and devices because Soundbar wired or Wireless loses connectivity and doesn't output any sound sporadically.

Not a flagship level Bluetooth connectivity

I bought this a month ago. The sound is great, anc is industry leading. Connectivity has issues and it evident in day to day use. I just can't get it connected to my Bose app without tinkering much. I just can't get it stay connected to two devices without audio drop/skip or complete disconnect. Please fix these connectivity issues.

but it just keeps falling out of my darn ear

Okay so I brought the earphones March this year stand my ear because I swear when I sweat it's like the earphones start coming off coming out my ear I hate this also they're not loud enough like yes we have the quiet Comfort but it's not loud enough plus this butt does not have the find your butt feature if they get lost or stolen I can't even find them but the buds before these quiet Comfort came out they have that feature so why wouldn't the new bows have the feature well that's something Bose has to fix besides they're not loud enough and they're always coming out of my ear the piece is supposed to be helpful but those pieces are not helpful and these are not water proof did I mention it keeps falling out of my ear even though I have the right adjustment on it and the tap feature when you tap it to hang up I don't know for some reason it's not working as good as it did what could be wrong
