Great product. After downloading the app and adjusting the sound with the different options. The sound is incredible. The best audio products are 100% BOSE.

Good sound, could use improvements

I bought these a few weeks ago after reading good reviews about the sound quality, which did not disappoint. Unfortunately, one of the earbuds quickly developed an occasional scratchy noise, even when everything is quiet. They are also slower to connect to my phone than other Bluetooth earbuds I have owned, and occasionally drop connection. They are comfortable to wear.

the noise cancellation is great.. and this was the main reason for my purchase.. so 5 stars for that.. the reason i gave 4 stars is for the fit.. the left one is perfect.. but the right one is little off.. all in all.. great earbuds.. these were my 1st one s :).. i also owe other bose over the ear.. the best :)

Great ear buds but sub par app

I have had these earbuds for a few months. The product has great sound and noise cancelation abilities but the app to control certain features is not the best. Constant connectivity issues is very frustrating. Also, when you disable the touch features on the earbuds and I go to adjust them, the media still pauses, even though it was supposed to be disabled. Great product, sub par app and feature

Constant connection issues

Thanks for your feedback on the QC Ultra Earbuds. It's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality but it's disappointing to learn you had issues with losing connection to your phone/the app. It's important to keep within 33ft/10m of the phone, to ensure you have a good strong connection, but be aware that nearby objects can cause interference that may be a hindrance. If you are close to the phone but are still experiencing disconnections, I'd suggest a reset, then a new pairing.
