Doesn't fit well, and the extended fit kit is not available in my country... taking ages to get here! Also, the app/earbuds won't disable the touch functionality, which means every time I touch the earbuds to reposition them, so they don't fall out, I accidentally activate commands to pause or go back to start! Frustrating! Active noise cancelling can be annoying when outside and it's windy. Turning it off is worse though - seems like it's either ANC or active pass-through, not just plain and simple off. But when staying still, they sound great.

Extraordinary noise cancellation

Excellent noise cancellation!!!!! Road noise , loud noises etc comes to a stop !
This is a tool that will stop progression of hearing loss and reduce worsening of tinnitus( ringing in the ears).

I REALLY wanted to love them!

I REALLY wanted to love these. The sound is incredible! There are so many things to love, but I really think my ears are weird. They are just not comfortable, which has been a problems with every earbud I've tried. I've tried all the different adjustment bands, but they still hurt my ears. I have really noisy parrots, but I think I may try to trade them in for the Open Earbuds at this point, even if I do have to occasionally pause my audiobooks. I tried on a friend's pair, and I can barely tell they are there. She had them on music, which sounded great, but you could still hear fine to talk to people at work. Not sure what that will be like with audiobooks, but I'm going to have to go for comfort.

NEED HELP FIGURING OUT WHY THESE WONT WORK FOR ME!

I can't give 0 stars. The ONE TIME I got them connected to my phone, they were amazing. But it's almost impossible to get them connected to my phone for some reason, no matter which app or if I'm using just regular bluetooth.

Hello, thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Ultra Earbuds. It's disappointing to hear that you've had difficulties connecting the buds to your phone. Once they have been paired, the next time you wish to use them, you do not need to go through any set up process. Assuming Bluetooth is powered on, on the smartphone, you simply open the case, take the buds out, insert them in the ears and you should be good to go.
