At times when using the left earbud, I can hear the person however they are unable to hear me. At times the volume is low. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Terrible app and inconsistent quality

I've had these for a while and getting them to work is about a 50/50 chance. When they work they sound great, but if you buy these be prepared for a lot of failures to connect, muted audio, accidental skips from adjusting the ear buds, and required phone restarts. For this price point, the level of quality is pretty much unacceptable.

Awesome Looks and Connection with Ease.

Its Been about a month now and I'm very pleased with my Purchase. My Ear buds Sync well with my Meta Quest 3 and give me great sound with no lag or dropped signal.

Great Sound and Noise Cancelling. Apps Are Awful.

The sound of the earbuds is excellent. The noise canceling is superb. There are some issues getting connected, but the worst part are the apps. In sharp contrast to Apple’s AirPods, Bose Connect and the other Bose App are essentially useless. Almost every time I attempt to access my device, it states no device found. I hope I never misplace them because the find function won’t connect. I almost returned them, but the sound and noise cancelling are top notch.
