I'm disappointed with the sketchy performance.

Maybe my expectations were too high. I have so many Bose products that I have enjoyed for many years. These ultra earbuds constantly get out of sync or just lose the bluetooth connection. The case won't charge if the buds are slightly out of alignment. I can't get a good fit in my ear. As always the tech is amazing, I really like the noise canceling and immersion.

The noise canceling is fantastic

I have two pairs of the quiet comfort earbudds, they are working well, love them, the reason that I have two is I have tinnitus, so I wear them every night, unfortunately the one set will not last all night long.

I expected (much) better.

Honestly, I expected better. The sound quality is decent, but there are always high pitches coming from the sound canceling. It is often worse than the sound being canceled. There is no option to find lost earbuds, which every brand I have used in the past have. Lastly, the case is lightweight plastic that feels really cheap. Every time I put these on, I feel like I am using some garbage Wal-Mart.

I replaced my previous Bose Ear Buds with the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds and very happy with the sound quality and noise cancelling capabilities, but not so happy with the fit. I do need to play with the different earpieces available but have had the buds fall out of my ears several times and they feel like they are not snug.

Our Ultra Earbuds ship with 3 included tip sizes, they range from the medium size that is installed out of the box, and an additional small, and large size. It's worth noting that our ears are not always symmetrical, therefore you may need a large for one side, but a medium for the other. I'd encourage you to try this out to see if you can find a better fit. Caution!!!

I bought this product with high hopes. The call quality deserves zero stars!!! I barely use them now because when I do people complain about the surrounding noise. The sound from the smallest things is amplified. The sound quality for music is great but my headphones randomly disconnects.

Hi Chris, thanks for leaving your thoughts of the QC Ultra Earbuds. I'm sorry to learn you were disappointed by the quality of phone calls. Usually, microphones picking up audio would be seen as a good thing, but in this instance I can totally appreciate why you were left frustrated.
The key reason why external sounds are likely picked up all comes down to how the buds are installed in the ear. The microphones are directional so the buds need to be installed in the ear in a manner that results in the microphones at the bottom pointing directly towards your mouth. With disconnections, there are a number of reasons why this could occur including corrupted pairings, and being too far from your source device. I'd encourage you to keep the source device close by during use, and performing fresh connections if the problem occurs. Nice early Christmas

My wife got these for me as an early Christmas gift. They have been very good to listen to a variety of music. I have not used them to take calls yet but will review that at some later date.
