Hello, we always aim for the highest quality products, so this is unusual to hear. These earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of upto 9 metres (30 feet)

Great earbuds if not purchasing headphones

Bought about three weeks ago. Sound absolutely wonderful. Volume is a little softer at maximum than my Anker earbuds. Noise cancellation is about 95%. Some tv sound still bleeds throughout the but nothing like the Anker earbuds. Good setup of different profiles. Bought to drown out noise while reading and listening to music. If not listening to music you might hear background noise...might.

The quality of the headphones is phenomenal! However, this is the second pair I've had and the charger port has failed after just a few weeks. Very disappointing for such a good product.

Great sound, but glitchy

I purchased two pairs of these and both have had problems. There was a crackling in the first pair and it would randomly disconnect, the second pair also randomly shuts off sometimes and will make a loud click and disconnect for a few minutes. The earbuds are super comfortable and sound really good. And stay in my ear while mountain biking. Also, I've had problems with both pair when listening to a podcast will not stay paused it'll automatically start playing one second after pausing. There's a lot of great things about these headphones but there's also some frustrations. Right now the right bus stopped working. It'll probably randomly start working tomorrow.
