Great anc and sound

Use this for a year now since the release on March 2023. Sound is great noise canceling is great however have to work better improvment on software, voice or mic call quality and design as size of the buds cause pain over long haul use

Good earbuds, good sound, but with some drawbacks.

My first Bose earbuds. I finally found buds which fits my non standard ears. Noise canceling is good. Sound quality is perfect. Aware mode is very useful when you don't want to remove earbuds to hear something, and it sounds amazing. Battery runtime is more than enough for me. But there are some drawbacks as well. There is no way to fully turn off noise canceling, leading to very unpleasant listening in windy or sudden pressure change conditions (like when big door closes behind you in quite small room), and some digital noise in left earbud (widely known problem for now, problem is in earbuds hardware). Overall I'm satisfied, but expected a bit better experience for the price and that reputable brand.

I bought a few mothes ago super good quality sometimes they do randomly disconnect but I’m sure that will fix nois canceling is very very good barley hear the mower when I’m mowing

Have to keep returning it after a month. After a month one of the earbuds has constant static that never goes away. I wear them to the gym every day and I think the sweat is causing the problem. These are not water resistant aa advertised

That's certainly not something we see reported, so the fact you have experienced it on more than one occasion is unusual. The buds carry an IPX4 ingress protection rating. That means they have protection against splashes of water.

Great sound

I've had these earbuds for about 2 months now. I have used several different types of headphone type products. When it comes to sound, comfort, and functionality the Bose quiet comfort have stood alone. No product I have used even comes close. The interface in how they connect and stay connected has been another matter. Maybe it's the Android platform, or the model of mobile phone I use. I seem to experience random, inconsistent disconnections between my phone and the ear buds. Overall, they have been amazing and I have no regrets on my choice of purchase.

It took me a while to pull the trigger on this. I've always had the Apple Airpods pro, and in the past, a few different earbuds. My problem has always been them not staying in my ears securely. I'm a music fan, and airpods sound quality is just meh. These solve all those problems. I do wish I can connect 2 bluetooth device at the same time, and auto txt read to me like airpods..... But the sound quality itself makes up for those missing functions since I only have them on in the gym or during long travel.
