Constant connection problems. Cycles through modes when wearing a cap over ears. Poor upgrade from previous model.

Great audio quality. Immersion mode is awesome. Touch controls are a little to sensitive when working out or wearing headphones while working on outdoor equipment.

Not what I expected from Bose main use is workout and they feel heavier than the Bose sport. Not satisfied with the quality

Great, except for noise callers hear

Great update in so many ways for those of us with audio sensory challenges. However, unlike the predecessor to these earbuds, callers on the other end hear all of the noises around me (I don't), which means I can only make/receive calls in relatively quiet environments. Not a deal breaker for me, as I prefer making calls without distractions around me.

High Quality Sound but Unreliable Product

Occasionally 1 earbud stops working, even on full charge. Very finicky product that only sometimes works. Sound is good and clear when it does work. Noise canceling is fairly effective (again when both buds are working). Plastic case feels like it should be paired with cheap $30 ear buds.

They are ok .. the noise cancelation is ok i can still hear stuff... also while im.using them they sound normal then jump to stero mode momentarily

Sound and features are great. They are easy to operate and can easily switch from the different sound modes. I especially like the noise cancelling feature.
