Great noise canceling but fail in other areas

The noise canceling Is world class. Best in class. No question about it. BUT - the app ain't good. You're unable to control too many important things. Can't modify the touch sensitivity (making it stop if your hoodie touch it) or what it does. The case ain't comfortable and very fragile.

Over priced for the quality!

2nd pair still have issues with charging! Although the sound is great when these work, they are not very loud!

Make sure the volume in your mobile device (and in the app you're using, if applicable) is turned up sufficiently. As for the charging issues, make sure the stability bands are aligned correctly, so the earbuds fit in the charging case correctly. Also make sure to close the case when charging the buds. Fair but much room for improvement

I love the quality and sound. However, there are frequent issues with connection. It could be one earbud that doesn't connect, the earbuds won't disconnect from one device to another, or constant needs to updates, clearing of "memory" or something random, like the sound timing is off between earbuds and I get an echo effect. Very frustrating. I spend a lot of time getting them to work properly. I should not have to do this...especially for as much as I paid for them.
