Not too happy

The connection is not stable and the microphone does not work as well as I thought, the person on the other side of the line has a hard time listening because they either cut off of muffle too much, often I have to disconnect and use the phone normal or put the call on speaker

Great but could be the best.

I bought the product a few months ago. The audio drivers were fantastic with bose's signature sound. The bass was nice and deep. Audio quality was a 10/10. But here's where things go kinda bad, I faced a lot of connectivity issues, where one of the buds would suddenly go off. And there was this popping sound sometimes whenever I walked briskly. For an at home listening experience, these work fantastic. The active noise cancellation was simply the best I've ever seen. Battery life is great, gets the job done. Ergonomics are comfy, the buds sit well.

Allows Karens to filter through

Decent noise cancelling, but it seems to selective allow voices to filter through (unsure if it's a safety measure). You know the kind ... the loud-speaking Karens holding conversations with themselves or others on airplanes. Also allows annoying rap music played at the gym to filter through. Earbuds are very sensitive to touch. Wiping my sweat can trigger it accidentally. Wish there was more customization via the app to adjust sensitivity and noise filters. I had to return and reorder the product since the charging was iffy. Often one or both earbuds wouldn't charge while in the case, unsure if the tolerances are off and the charging contact points weren't touching.

Poor quality. Do not buy. Connection to Bluetooth is spotty at best and they do not charge well.

Love the immersive sound and the improved battery

I’ve had these now for a couple of weeks. I travel a fair amount for work and have used Bose noise cancelling earbuds for years. My daughter needed a pair so I treated myself with these and handed down my older model to her.
