These are the worst. Big disappointment and downgrade from original qc. The fit is terrible and they always feel like they are going to fall out. I tried all the ear pieces including the special request ones. The Bluetooth connectivity stinks and ot drops mu Samsung phone regularly. Right now I have them in and they just won't turn on.

Great;ANC is assume but for calls it picks up alot of background noise.Bose learn something from apple

Great but has drawbacks needs an update

I love the sound quality and the mode switch, unfortunately I've had various problems where my headphones audio receiver wasn't working and then again where the headphones just wouldn't charge in the case. I got replacements thankfully for free which was a big plus but still. Also I had to wait sometimes over a week without headphones because they wouldn't send them until I sent the broken ones in. I understand why but having to go a week without headphones which are essential to my job as a Bluetooth headset and ear protection was not great. Also there's an issue where the mode you use for the headphones switches between usage of listening to music or phone calls and sometimes just randomly switches. It should just stay in the mode I left it in which has been my biggest source of frustration with regular usage
