Needs some tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nose cancellation is great. The immersive sound is great. The problems lie in having to tap the ear piece to skip or answer. The hard plastic reverberates each tap as if someone is banging a hammer on your ears. And the ear pieces are overly sensitive. If you need to adjust the the fit in your ear, the music will start, stop, make a call etc while adjusting.

Great sound, terrible mic.

I bought it at the day they launched. The quality of sound is amazing. But it's terrible and literally impossible to use them when I on the call. The mic is a really poor quality. Also application have a lot lot of bugs. I have instant problem with connectivity with my earbuds. And the connectivity with my phone. It can be difficult to sometimes but still bearable. I'm using Google pixel 9 pro by the way. Overall from music, it's the best choice I can find on the market today.

Great features with a few bugs

I really rate these 4.5 I've had these for about 3 months I don't regret my purchase. The sound is great. The size is great for the pocket. I really like all the different modes that can be created. The touch controls are very intuitive. The quiet mode is QUIET. Most importantly, with the ear tips is stay right in place, I never fear it's going to fall out The two issues I have with it is the EQ is limited and the connection issues. It disconnects or switch's randomly to another device.

Great product, but at its price point, I've had too many issues with it dropping Bluetooth connections. Unfortunately, there isnt anything Bose can do. I really liek these earbuds though.
