Before, with low quality headphones I would have to crank the volume to the max to drown out the noise of the every day static. But with the noise canceling active, I can clearly hear a whisper at a comfortable volume.
Imersive mode makes podcasts sound like Im part of the conversation, Encasing you in the room, or the writing booth of your favorite artist.
Do yourself a favor, buy quality and you'll never go back to something mediocre again.

They also have truly exceptional external noise cancellation! Telephone conversations are also very good! They are now my favorites!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so fun! Tried them out immediately upon getting out of store and into my car. It was so quiet I thought my car had turned off! So unexpectedly “noise cancelling” quiet! Worked fantastic on my 8 hour flight - and with a little music or podcast I was able to sleep without any disturbance. The charging case is handy dandy too! Pre-purchase reviews were spot on as a guide to my perfect purchase. Regular ear buds don’t fit in my ears.
