[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent decades on Apple - it wasn’t even a thought. Then slowly Beats became introduced and I loved those, then the Apple Air Max’s. Once those broke, I thought to try out an earbud pair since I wear those more & wanted to invest in a high quality pair. These are even BETTER than my air max’s sound quality, noise cancellation, and touch/accessibility features.

I'm thrilled to hear you were impressed by the design of the product and it's sound quality, but it's disappointing to learn you've not been equally blown away by call quality. Qualty of calls can be influenced by a few factors. I recommend ensuring your smartphone is kept with you to reduce the chance of interference from other objects. If this doesn't help, re-establishing a new connection between your buds and your smartphone may help.
