Ear bug noise reduction

Terrible phone conversations. No one can hear me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bose quiet comfort a couple of months ago. Something that I wanted to try instead of my Apple earbuds since this time I have noticed several things wrong with the Bose comfort number one they drop calls. I know this might not be everyone’s experience, but it is mine Number two people have trouble hearing me when I’m on phone conversations number three sometimes when they’re in my ear just sitting on which direction my head is moving I hear a shaking in my ear. Something may be unstable inside the earbud. There are several others, but biggest problem is phone conversations. the music sounds great, but the phone conversations are terrible. They sound very muffled. I’ll stop here. There’s more that should be enough. I know I’m not the only one these problems.

The quality of the product and Bose unique sound are always on top of its game!! Additionally, the noise reduction blocks out all undesirable surrounding audible distractions; the moment they're place into the ears, you're in your own special world and happy place! :-} This is definitely one of the BEST Bose products I own!! I highly recommend the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds again and again to everyone; trust me, you will not be disappointed!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of Air Pods. The app lets you choose the type of noise control you want. They stay charged for a long time. They are very touch sensitive. I’ll go to push one ear bud in deeper & the ear bud will think I’m wanting to make a change. That’s the annoying thing about them. I will say, they sound much better than air pods.
