Hi order these in sept got them 3 weeks later, liked them but trouble with left earbud , o well stuck with him !

Back to Bose and happy (worth the $$)

I had tried a pair of non-Bose earbuds... cheaper, but didn't last. Embarrassed that the mic on the cheapies failed in the middle of calls, after only a few months, I had to look for a solution. I work in real estate, so in addition to listening to music, etc. a headset is a critical work tool. Okay - what does Bose have? These! And they have been excellent. Great sound! Emersion is pretty wild. Amazing noise cancelling when I need it. So Happy!

My brother gifted me a set of quiet comfort ultra Bose earbuds and they are so much better at noise suppression than anything I've ever experienced, I didn't realize it was possible to not hear things so close to me. It's amazing.

Best ANC, I use these mostly to silence everything around me when I'm studying or painting. The sound is great as well for music and they fit well. I'm satisfied with this product completely.

Great features but issues with microphone

The sound quality is great when I'm just listening to music but the earbuds stuggle with swapping between stereo and hands-free aka 1-way and 2-way communication. If I try to make a phone call, I'll be able to hear just fine but the microphone won't pick my audio. I was surprised there wasn't better troubleshooting online for this issue. Bose's solution was to send me another pair of earbuds but I'm worried the problem will persist. We will see, I guess.
