Love Bose but calls are terrible

I love bose. But my last two generation headphones are unable to perform the job. Nobody can understand me at my calls. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can't figure it out

Super Disappointed

I got these for my husband who travels for work. When he called me I could barely hear him and the background noise was super loud. They are not good at all for making phone calls. We were super surprised how horrible they were as we have many Bose products.

Top Tier Sound

Bought these about a month ago. Previously, I used AirPods, but these are at least 10x better. The sound quality is fantastic and being able to adjust the bass and treble is an awesome feature. It took minutes to set up and connect to my phone. Having different sized bands and inner ear pieces is very nice so people can use what sizes fit their ears the best. Overall, phenomenal product that’s worth the money.

Should have been my 1st choice when I was shopping for earbuds a few months ago. I purchased some JBL earbuds then & now that I have the Bose Quietcomfort Ultras, I can say with 100% certainty that it’s worth the investment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great noise canceling capabilities

These are the real deal. Amazing noise canceling capabilities, easy to use, great sound quality, perfect fit. I purchased these for use around the office and while working on our farm. Cancels surrounding conversations while trying to work and tractor noise while working in yard. Great high quality sound listening to music.

Great sound! And the connectivity to my iPhone is way better than my quiet comfort 2 earbuds. I definitely recommend over any other brand. Bose knows sound!
