Stopped working after 2 weeks

The left earbud stopped working after 2 weeks, I had the same problem with the quite comfort 1 but at least lasted 1 year, I’ve been using Bose for past 20 years and seems like the quality has gone down consistently

The most disappointing headphone experience

I loved the fit and the sound. The only problem was when you weren't playing anything with noise cancelling on you would hear static in the left ear. I exchanged them for a second pair and they had the same issue. If it didn't have this glaring flaw I could look past the lack of features like wireless charging and the inability to turn of noise cancelling for batter life. After looking at other headphones the price is really high for what you get.

Terrible for calls

These earphones are great for music, but if you want to use them for calling, they are terrible. I was on speaker phone with a kettle going across the kitchen and switched to these headphones. I was told the headphones amplified the kettle from across the room, and they could barely hear me. The speaker phone was better, which is shocking.

Look Elsewhere. Worst Bose Product Ever Purchased

Very disappointing from Bose. First pair had a feedback noise coming from the left earbud, both were constantly dropping audio while playing music from Spotify and would randomly get louder. To make them even more frustrating, the connection would get interference if a wall or anything metal came between my phone and earbuds (i.e. carrying a laptop and the connection would be interfered). Never experienced this with my AirPods. Returned same day hoping they were one-off and the second set is no better. Issues seem consistent with others on Reddit. Acceptable for something from dollarama, not $380 top of the line product from Bose

Amazing EarPods, unfortunately they don't stay in my ear. If they made a version with a wing tip or hook I'd be happy

Very disappointed in this purchase, the ear buds don’t stay in very well, and is not as loud as the 2nd gen air pods. Quite disappointed for the price I had to pay for them.

Love Bose but will not buy earbud again

I have many Bose speakers and bought my wife a pair of earbuds direct from them. They were manufacture direct refurbished. First had poor Bluetooth connectivity issues. I went through the warranty replacement which was not great but fine. I needed to return prior to replacements getting shipped. I wasn’t able to pay and for the replacements and ship the return which left us without them for a while. Second set sounded good on my end and connected but were unusable for hands free calls because of horrific poor quality sound and noise on the other end of the call. People could her me and had bad buzzing sound. I then lost a earbud. I called to order a replacement ear piece and was told that is not an option. I will be back to AirPods or another brand. I paid more then for these refurbished then AirPods Pro’s new are and expected a premium product based off my many other Bose product. I’m very disappointed that I’m unable to pay to replace the one missing ear piece. At the price point of this product that unaccepable IMO.

Great product- terrible static noise

I have owned these earbuds for less than a day. While these earbuds are generally great (noise cancellation, comfort, sound quality, etc.), I have already noticed that there is faint white noise/buzzing in the background, especially when I am in "Aware" mode (hear-through mode). It is most noticeable when no audio is playing and I am sitting in silence.
Unfortunately, it is so distracting/painful that I can't wear the earbuds for than 30 minutes before needing to take them out to give my ears a break - a deal breaker. I will be returning these tomorrow and getting a different brand of earbud.
After researching my issue, I have found many reviews that have similar issues to me, so it is clearly not a fault in my exact pair.
For the price and the Bose brand, this is extremely disappointing and a complete non-starter.
