Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ultra quiet comfort ear buds. They are the most comfortable buds I have ever had. But I almost returned them the first week. I had terrible connection issues, could not stay connected. I did all the updates and still same luck. I scheduled my return and a day later saw a YouTube video that said to close the Bose app, not to have open while using earbuds, it worked like a charm. No more issues. That’s why I’m only giving them four stars. That and after only a month my case is all peeling and looks terrible.

Best I’ve found when they connect.

Have had these for about a month. I fly often and use them every time I fly. When they work, they are amazing! Best noise cancellation I’ve found. I have owned 4 other pair, different brands, but these are superior. The problem I encounter is that about every 3rd time I take them out of the case to wear them, they don’t connect, or they connect but no volume. I have to put them back in the case, close the case, reopen and start again. Typically they always work the second time. Small pain for great product.

I bought these 7-8 months ago. Started off great, now dealing with constant connect/reconnect issues. Sound is phenomenal when working properly. Older model stayed in ear better.

Up to the mark for music lovers

I am using this for almost an year and this earbuds have completely satisfied my expectations. I am a fan of heavy bass music and the bass production is superb crisp and loud. Noise cancellation is above of all the competitors. Call quality is poor and need much more improvement, but I don't mind because I used it to listen music only. Recommend for music lovers.

These Earbuds are the best I have ever had. For me I have always had a hard time of having ear buds stay in my ears snug and fit These gift nice and snug and don’t move. And feel great ! I have many Bose products for the simple fact that the quality and sound is unmatched. These are the best!!
