[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good crisp quality sound. Super comfortable in the ear. Only thing I don't care for, is the noise cancelation during phone calls or when loud noises are going off around you. With one bud in, it feel like both ears plug up during a call or when there's loud sounds in the environment. I own two other brands of ear buds; top teir levels. My bose ultra set is my favorite.

Good sound quality with a bit of connection issue

Sound Quality is good. It is comfortable, but I feel it a bit loose on one of my ears even with the large ear tip. The concern I heard before buying is that it has the connection issue. I fixed that by not allowing the Bose app to access Bluetooth and it seems to work fine.

Low call volume

I bought month ago had problem hearing on calls had replaced New one are better but call volume is still not loud as I’m used to. However music sound great no volume problems there can’t understand why call volume low. Other reviews I seen have same issues

Oh the sound!!!

I am still learning how to use these. I have trouble with controlling the volume, probably because I have 68 year old fingers with a brain to match. The sound is exceptional and the battery lasts a long time. I do not regret purchasing these.

Call Volume

I've had these for a couple weeks or so and I don't get time to use them much. Today was the first time I made a call and I was not impressed with the call volume at all. Too low compared to music volume. So far that's my dislike of these earbuds. My expectations were higher than delivered.
