Amazing earphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my earbuds or in ear earphones and I love them. I love the way they cancel all the sound so I can hear the music. I love hearing all the different ton of music. They are so comfortable and so enjoyable that’s all I could say.

The volume for the playing of music is great but I have trouble hearing phone calls. The microphone for voice calls is only on the right ear bud. The microphone also picks up a lot of background noise and annoys people on the other end of the phone calls.

Bad Features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed. The sound not as great as my previous Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds. The Bluetooth connection keeps breaking up and it is becomes bothersome when on Zoom meetings and exercise workouts. Comes off my ears very easily despite changing the ear pieces. Not happy

Improve microphone picking loud background noise o

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these QC ultra earbuds two weeks ago and really enjoyed them. All the features from noise cancelation to volume controls are great, but one of the features with these earbuds still need improvement is microphone background noise control on calls. I was a phone conversation with these earbuds and my parents the microphone picked up lots of the background noises and the noises were loud. If these earbuds improve the background noise within calls, these earbuds will out perform any earbuds in the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noise cancelling is awesome when listening to music or watching tv. Only thing is trying to make phone calls is not good. I tried it with my girlfriend with her in a different room as me in a quiet house and she could barely hear me and I could barely hear her. Lots of static on the lines. Checked to see if there was an update for the earbuds but didn’t find anything so not sure if it’s something with the earbuds themselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous version of these earbuds and these QuietComfort Ultras are above any beyond in terms of clarity and sound quality. The Immersion setting keeps the sound "centered" around your head while you move. Perfect for working or exercising. I do not regret my upgrade!
