[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great until the warranty just expired. Now the left bud won’t charge properly. Tech tried to remedy but to no avail. Same thing happened to first pair of buds I had. Offered slight discount to purchase new set. Very upset with Bose. Quality doesn’t seem there. Not like the Bose Series III speakers I have had for over 35 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buggy Bose app that struggles to connect sometimes which is unfortunate b/c the sound quality is great. I am actually debating returning them b/c this is annoying.

Great Sound and outstanding noise canceling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds for an international trip and couldn't be happier. The sound quality is fantastic and the noise canceling puts you in your own world! My 2 suggestions would be to first, be able to see what the charge status is for the cassrying case and for more earbuds battery time than the 6 or so hours (for longer flights and days). Other than those items, Bose hit this one out of the park.

Back ground noise

If you are experiencing issues with mic quality making sure you have a proper fit is important for product comfort and performance. If the earbuds do not fit properly or the orientation is incorrect it could lead to poor audio or mic performance.
