Lost my last pair, so I had to get a new pair. They don't hurt my inner ears, and the modes are great for certain environments. Despite that, if rain gets on the touch-sensitive part of the earbud, it cycles between modes. This is frustrating, but overall, the sound and fit are great.

Spectacular Sound, Fit and comfort!

Wow, wow, wow, absolutely spectacular sound! The stereo sound has incredible range, depth and crystal clear clarity! I wish my car stereo sounded this good. I also love that there are small ear bud fittings because that is the size I need. They fit perfectly and the ear pods fits comfortably and snugly in my ear and doesn’t slip out or off. Keep up the great quality Bose!!!

Good, not so good in convertible on freeway

Sound quality is great and noise cancelling is quite good. I've had some trouble getting a good seal on my ears sometimes and I've had to repeatedly fiddle with it. I haven't yet tried the different sizes of rubber seals, hopefully that helps. Unfortunately while driving my convertible on the freeway I get loud popping noises as the air pressure gusts around my head. Wearing a beanie hat even with paper inside the folded over edge covering my ears doesn't help. Looking online I see I'm mot the only one experiencing that problem, and it doesn't seem to be unique to Bose.

Exceptional sound. I am hearing nuance that I remember from my old skool days with my original vinyl collection. It came with three size ear cups, trying to figure out which ones work best.

Great ANC, bad comfort (for my ears)

I only owned this product for about 12 hours. The active noise cancelling was phenomenal and I couldn't have been happier.
Unfortunately, the ear tips were incredibly uncomfortable for me. I've read that a lot of users love the oval-shaped ear tips, but they do not work with my ears. They made them feel irritated and painful after about an hour. I ended up returning these earbuds.
I really wanted to love these. Unfortunately, this type of issue is only something a few users will experience, and it's not something you can determine before using the product.

Not the best for taking phone calls.

I am really torn. By FAR the absolute best Audio and Noise Cancelling I have ever experienced with earbuds. And the fit is perfect. My problem is with the microphone and the lack of noise cancelling when using these for phone calls. Other people tell me that I sound distant or that they hear all the background noise when talking to me. I was hoping for something better given the price.
