Bose needs to do better

Out of the box the right earbud did not work, it took ME over an hour to figure out what to do, not the two techs I worked with. Furthermore, the booklet sent in the package with font so small it is practically unreadable. I went online to read how to setup the buds and learned how to reset them. Also, I’ve tried several times to register them and get a 404 error every time. How awfully frustrating, I expected more out of Bose in general, their product for the cost, and to be more user friendly in all ways. I do not have confidence that the product will continue to work in future.

Buyer's remorse

When they work, they are great. However, I been having an issue with these earbuds, and the case, being non-responsive, no lights, no sounds, nothing. They're fully charged and the only way for these earbuds, and the case, to do something is to put the case on the charge cord for a few seconds and then they are all responsive with lights lighting on the case and everything works until it goes inactive. I'm not sure what's going on but I shouldn't be having issues with a well-known brand at the price point I purchased these QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. I've bought Bose products before and this is the first time I'm having buyer's remorse. I will be returning these very soon.
