[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ZERO complaints with BOSE. I own a sound bar and speakers that I love!! Bass on my new earbuds are insane ✨✨✨ gym sessions are 10000x better -I’ve had my Bose QC ultra earbuds for less than a month and I haven’t put them down ever since as soon as I charge them to a full battery ( that will last up to 5 days ) I only regret not getting them sooner 🩷

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is great but at times my right bud does not activate. It takes me putting it back in the case 3-4 times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QC Ultra earbuds are an overall excellent pair of earbuds from my favorite audio company. I'll write this review as a list of pros and cons. Pros: 1. The BEST ANC in any headphone or earbud, whether from Bose or other companies. Custom tune is outstanding at adapting ANC, which means it's extremely effective across the frequency spectrum. 2. Sound is great. Earbuds sound very much like any other Bose product. They have rich, deep base, clear highs, and solid mids. 3. Comfort: These are the most comfortable earbuds I've owned, I can where them for a very rigarous 30 minute workout and they still feel good in my ears. Cons: 1. They Seem to fall apart every six months or so. I’m not sure why, but every six months or so, the ring that holds the ear tip on the bud breaks off. This causes them not to fit properly any more, and I've had to get like three replacement pairs which is annoying. i’ve been gentle with all three pairs, but they still fall apart. 2. Microphone quality for calls: these earbuds are not very good at phone calls. Bose needs to upgrade the quality of its voice pickup mic system, especially for loud or windy environments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a used for over a month indirect comparison to the high end sony earbuds.
The Sony product sounds better and despite what the many reviews around the internet say, the sound canceling on the Sony is better. Sony has better passive noise cancelation because of the foam tips and active noise cancelation.
I like the bose product, and it is good, but the immersive audio is gimmicky and the when using it the eq settings you use for 1 song may not be a great fit for the next song. So I find myself fiddling with the eq more than I'd like to be.
Removing immersive audio fixes that, but then the sound is lacking compared to my sonys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible fit and comfort, and they feel super secure. The three standard "modes" work well in different environments. I set up one of my own, for cycling, that still has situational awareness but minimizes wind noise. The sound quality is excellent. My only complaint is that the touch pads are really sensitive and just brushing against them accidentally can activate the pause function.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you love the QC Ultra earbuds for your music! If you are experiencing poor microphone pick up proper fit is important for product comfort and performance. If the earbuds do not fit properly or the orientation is incorrect it could lead to poor audio or mic performance.
If you run into any issues, please reach out to support and we’ll be happy to help! https://bose.life/globalsupport

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these this as a second set so I was not constantly having to switch out my AirPods from one bag to another. However, I have not used my AirPods since purchasing quietcomfort. I love the different modes such as aware or quiet mode depending on my surroundings. Pairs just fine with iPhone. Sometimes takes a few times to get the left earbud to properly connect which is a tad frustrating. Aside from that great purchase and would buy again.
