Great earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is amazing. Comes through crystal clear. Also, the noise cancelling function is outstanding! The fit in the ears is a little loose, even with the adjustable ear piece. Due more to using them while I work out and they get a little sweaty.

Good, but not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for a week and will probably return them. They make my ears ache. I'm on the hunt for earbuds that don't ache. It's a challenge. There were sleep buds for a bit. Those were the best fit I've found, but they didn't have the functionality of regular headphones. When the ANC is on, it's like there's constant white noise, especially when playing a book or music. I was hoping for better. I had the previous version of these and they were pretty decent, different and similar flaws. The sound is good. I like the color. They charge quickly. There's a lot of good, it just doesn't outweigh the pain and headaches I get from these.

Hello, it's so good to hear you like the sound and also the color of these. These are designed to charge fast and last a long time too. There are different sized eartips and stability bands you can use for these to get a great fit and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultra series is exactly what you would expect from the next generation of Quiet Comfort earbuds. Unrivaled noise canceling with high quality sound, a comfortable fit, and long lasting battery all in a smaller bud size than the older model. The case is also much smaller and practical to take with you. The only improvement I would make is for them to be easier to remove from their case.

Thanks for your review. We are glad to hear you are enjoying your Bose earbuds. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds utilize both passive and active noise reduction technologies. Passive noise reduction is similar to when you wear earplugs; there is a physical blockage preventing some sound from entering your ear. This is achieved through the earbud design with materials such as silicone eartips, and the acoustic seal created by having a proper fit. For active noise cancellation, your earbuds use sophisticated proprietary electronics with microphones both inside and outside the earbuds.
