Great Noise Cancelling Features

I deal with severe sensitivity to sudden and sustained loud noises. The Bose Ultra Earbuds noise cancelling feature have made a signfiicant difference.

No HISS or DISTORTION

I've had my Bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds for about a week. They are the best earbuds I've ever listened to. I've previously had 2 different Sony NC earbuds. Both of them had this annoying hiss. That hiss made me think I was developing Tinnitis. When I listen to my new Bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds there is no hiss, no background distortion. All i hear is crystal clear voice and music. I pair my Bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds with my smart TV and enjoy an enhanced audio experience with every movie I watch. The noise canceling is incredible! They fit in your ears perfectly and comfortably. They are a marvel of cutting edge technology. I absolutely love these earbuds!!!

I made a mistake!!!

I made a mistake! I had Senniesers and Sony. My finale decision was based on the ANC. It is slightly better but does a weird thing of amplifier very loud sounds i.e. like a lawnmower would be ok until I turn the lawnmower then I get a short blast of sound. They are really cheaply made esp. the case. The unforgiving part thou is losing connection. Where you have to take them out put back in case ect. They do sound great not as good as the Senniesers and the ANC would be good for commuters. Senniesers app. Is far superior too. I currently use both i do like the bose 3d sound aspect as well.

Excessively noisy environments such as airplanes taking off, concerts, emergency sirens, and construction zones (among others) can overwhelm the microphones used to monitor external frequencies (part of the ANC technology) causing the headphones to crackle or distort. Be aware, this can also happen in Quiet and Aware mode, It is important to know these loud environments will not damage the headphones and there is no lasting damage to the product. If you would like to reduce the amount of times this happens we recommend doing your best to move away from the loud noises.

Sound great when they want to work

Can't stand these they constantly loose connection. They are absolutely garbage and would not recommend these. This is my second pair. Had issues with the first pair as well and it's still the same thing. Go with beats they are better and actually work. The popping sound when these loose connection is super loud and not fun to hear in my ear. The only good thing is the sound when they decide to work.

Awful and Not Worth The Price

Listening to music is great! The different modes are great! Microphones are great for people to hear me when I'm on the phone! Too touch sensitive...I can't adjust them in my ear without turning the music on or off! When I try to change modes, it will increase the volume instead! As far as phone calls, I've tried increasing every volume available for this set, but I can just barely hear the person who's talking to me! Way overpriced for this pair of junk!

Connection issues

They keep getting disconnected way too often. Often times while watching a movie, I miss half sentences because the earphones disconnected. Not expected from such an expensive product.
