Many issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately my experience is not great. When they work, they are great. During zoom calls, they stop working. Sometimes only one or the other works but not both. Sometimes I can disconnect bluetooth and reconnect, but not always. It's really unfortunate, because otherwise the noise cancelling is fantastic and the audio quality is good.

When using the earbuds for Zoom calls, please make sure that the Zoom app is correctly setting the earbuds as your audio device. If your earbuds are multipoint connected, then please make sure that the other device is not trying to send notifications to the earbuds.

The immersion mode on the buds is absolutely best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these two weeks ago due to failure of my previous buds. Always a connection issue. Even the new replacements have connection issues. I’d easily give these 5 stars if they didn’t gave constant connection issues.
