They completely block out noise from public transportation, making it easy to focus on my online lectures and study. At work, they cancel out background sounds, allowing me to concentrate on design tasks while enjoying crystal-clear music. The sound quality is amazing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, they’re super lightweight and comfortable—no ear pain, even after hours of use. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so desperately to love these. I've always found Bose products to have superior sound, comfort and longevity but these miss the mark. First, the form factor of the main body of the earbud is clunky with a big round part that you put the little tiny ear gel on to insert into your ear.
In previous versions, the large body was counteracted with a small speaker opening, good sized ear gel, and a little wing at the bag of the ear gel that you would tuck into your inner ear to ensure it wouldn't fall out. This version subs out the wing for a small band that lays flat around the body and even smaller gel tips that look like everyone elses. Thus you are supposed to insert into your ear and twist it into place (as before) but instead of having the wing catch in your inner ear to hold it in place, this is supposed to be pushed further into the ear until it achieves a snug fit. To be clear... it just plain hurts.
On top of that, the sound quality is not what I would expect from Bose. I tested this set, another Bose set, and a competing product and the sound on both Bose products was "tinny" according to my conversation partner. Likewise, the ambient noise let through on both ends was far more than the other set I tested. Further, this adds yet ANOTHER Bose app to connect. I now have 3 different Bose apps on my phone. Why can't they all use one?
All that is to say that this product got returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far the Bose quiet comfort ultra earbuds are the best. I’ve been using them for over a month now and let me tell you! They are amazing, I always knew Bose were the best when it came to sound but never owned a pair because I would use my beats. Now that I have them I am a happy customer, I was a bit iffy on buying them for the gym but they stay in place and the noise cancelling works great ! They are super light and the touch is very responsive! Deff worth the buy.
