[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a bout a few weeks ago. The ear piece adapters that came with box do not fit and will not stay on ear. I have tried to purchase the XL/XS size adapters but they are not available in black. So here a few weeks paying about 300$ for a pair of paper weight ear phones because there is no adapters at this time. I have thought to return but am giving Bose the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I can try or use them this year before it’s over. Or should I return them? I don’t like having doubts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2nd week of August I bought this amazing product, however the 1st time in low battery mode its not charging and the battery span in its earbuds are not equally the same, the left bud shows 70% while the right bud shows 80% until now. I know it’s refurbished but the buds should equally in the same level, some scratches in the right bud the moment I open the box during the arrival of the order.

Only improvement would be a better case battery indicator. I had an older version that made it clear how much battery was left in the case.
