I Love Bose earbuds. I work at Ford and the noise cancelation is Amazing.the ONLY Downfall is this is my 3rd pair because when they fall it makes them Sound like DIAL-UP.. quality (NEED something for the knockout of ear.)

2 weeks in and love them. Super quite noise reduction. 2 points though. Hard to get out of the case . You have to pull a specific way to get them out. 2nd is if you pull the left bud 1st the right does not connect

Charging less than desirable

Great sound, the modes are excellent. The problem is charging. I don't know how many times I have had to put them back in the case, because of low battery. It gets worse with time, I am sure the the contacts start to get dirty.

Doesn't connect to anything but my phone.

I bought these Bluetooth headphones because I've had Bose headphones before. Although the headphones work great with my phone I'm unable to get them to connect with any other Bluetooth audio source. I've followed all the procedures on the Bose website, disconnecting from my phone, deleting the phone Bluetooth instance, turning my phone completely off, resetting the headphones Bluetooth with the case button ..... If you want the headphones to connect to something other than your phone I'd suggest finding a different device.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about the connectivity issue you have encountered with your Bose earbuds. Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair.
The Ultra Earbuds have the Bluetooth multipoint feature allowing them to connect to two source devices at the same time. This is a recent update as of July 2024, so be sure to set up your earbuds with the Bose App to receive software updates.

not the noise cancelling I wanted

I love most everything about them! I love the fit, the size, the sound, etc. I bought noise cancelling so that the background noise would be silent to me and whomever I am on the phone with, Not the case; I can't hear the noise but whomever I am speaking with can.
