Constant connection issues with the right earbud. Puts the headphones into an error state making them unusable.

The Bose earbuds did not work, I was supposed to receive replacements but that has not occurred.

Can't argue with great sound. For a long time I stayed clear of Bose because I believed you were paying more for the name than any real quality over other brands. Recently I was afforded the opportunity to sit and listen to 6 different NC headphones. Sony, JBL, Sennheiser, Denon and Beats. The plain truth is after listening to them all over various genres of music, I could not ignore the clear difference of the Bose over everything else. I would put Sony 2nd and Sennheiser 3rd, but it was a clear win for Bose, especially where the noise cancelling came in. Yes these are on the high end price wise, but the value is real when considering sound, quality of build and features. I have to now give it to Bose that it's not just a name, these really are top tier headphones.

Great Earbuds!

These earbuds are fantastic! They provide high-quality sound and the noise-blocking is awesome. I did need to obtain the alternate sizing kit. The XS size was perfect for my ears. The only warning that I have is if you need the alternate size earbuds, take a look at what colors are available so that they match your earbuds. Unfortunately the color of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds that I purchased did not match the available size for the alternate size earbuds in the Diamond 60th Edition Color. Obviously that doesn't affect the sound, but it's still annoying. Overall however, these are a great product!

Top quality buds!

I have had these now for a little over a month and let me just start off by saying g I wish I had invested in a pair sooo much sooner. I work around heavy machinery regularly so ANC is very important to me in a pair of buds, and BOSE isn't the leading standard for no reason! I have been through a whole gambit of other name brands, each varying in performance and quality, but NONE come close to the combination of quality sound and nigh-perfect ANC. Got them on a great sale, about 70 dollars off from their original price, but had I known how well they were gonna perform, I would have gladly paid full price much sooner. Get a pair and hear for yourself!

Good choice

The sound clarity is amazing. I have a pair of Quiet Comfort 25 headphones and wanted something that didn't put an indent in my hair after use. The sound even compared to those headphones is superb in it's own sense. I was surprised at how much bass you get out of these earbuds. The battery life is pretty good, about 6-7 hours of constant use for me. The sound profiles are really interesting on the app, it actually sounds like you're at a concert which is pretty insane. The noise cancelation is wonderful, it blocks out practically everything and really muffles everything else.
